Zentia’s two manufacturing plants are located in Team Valley, UK, with one producing mineral fibre tiles and one for ceiling grids. Zentia operates sales teams in the UK and Ireland, as well as trading in Spain, Portugal and the Baltic States. Zentia is well positioned in these markets, highly profitable, and is mid-way through a significant investment project to expand the production capability of both manufacturing sites. 
 

Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Marketing to join the European business, reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing and managing a team of 6 across product management  and marketing. 

The Head of Marketing will be based from the North-East Head Office and will be responsible for defining the strategic marketing plans of the business and leading the marketing team in the execution of all tactical marketing activities. Key areas of focus will be:

  • On-going brand development
  • Launch of new division
  • Digital channel development, including launch of new website
  • Product development – identifying trends and evolution of current products
  • Identification of new channels and territories.
  • Hybrid working 

Experience

  • Possess gravitas to influence at all levels and the ability to successfully lead a highly performing team
  • Ability to demonstrate previous marketing management / leadership experience in a B2B environment
  • Building products experience would be ideal, but prior experience of working with a technical product is essential   
  • Strong brand strategy and positioning experience, ideally having taken a business through a large brand project
  • Prior experience of defining and delivering a digital strategy is essential
