Nigel Wright Recruitment is the leading specialist recruitment firm in the North of England, working with great organisations across the North within private, public and professional service clients. With consistently rapid growth this year, our intention is to keep focussing on that expansion. Our Business Support Team has grown from strength to strength. We currently have a number of dedicated recruiters in Business Support operating across Administration, Finance, HR, Sales, and Procurement. With our continued expansion we are looking for Recruitment Consultants with or without experience, based in Newcastle to help us achieve our growth ambitions.

The Role


The Business Support team operate at a fast pace and this role requires hard work and determination, but the results are extremely rewarding. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be developing relationships with clients alongside sourcing, getting to know and placing candidates, so relationship-winning business with clients and sourcing and placing candidates, so relationship-building skills are key. We are a results driven business and we will provide you with first class training from day one.  You will be highly supported by our strong leadership team and your wider colleagues to give you every opportunity to succeed.

Our consultants take part in regular business activity days that include competitions, games with prizes and food. Teams are now split between in office team members along with their virtual team who may be working from home that day - everyone is included. Our dress down Fridays have been replaced with dress for your day approach - if Friday is an office day we still go for the traditional drink after work if people want to join in.
